Janet Graham Interiors was engaged to deliver a full interior design scope for Watermark Living’s over-55s residential development at Sydney’s Chatswood Golf Course. Designed to promote ease, comfort, and connection, each apartment balances refined materiality with functionality. Soft neutrals, natural textures, and custom joinery create a warm, contemporary feel, while thoughtful features such as accessible layouts and ambient lighting support confident, independent living.

Communal spaces are anchored by light-filled atriums and cascading gum leaf sculptures, bringing a quiet connection to nature into the heart of the building.

A curated selection of works by local Australian artist Nadia Culph, alongside evocative golf photography and abstract canvas pieces, forms a striking triptych that guides residents through the halls and gently draws them home.
